She loves anything athletic, like jujitsu, and when she’s not making sure our workday runs smoothly, you can find her lifting in the gym or traveling with her family.

After 28 years in orthodontics, Gina knows a thing or two about happy smiles! Outside of the office, though, Gina lives many lives. She’s a grandmother to nine beautiful grandchildren, a member of the Mountain Brook Chamber, an avid gardener, and a baker (ask her about her famous chocolate cake!)

Challis has been in the dental field for 11 years – and she’s a pro! – but her true love is raising horses. Her pride and joy is a sweet brown horse named Lily! When she isn’t caring for smiles or running around with Lily, Challis is probably birdwatching in her backyard.

Brittany is a florist-turned-orthodontic professional who has been in the business of making patients smile for two years now. We’re so lucky to have this creative mind on our team. She’s a mom of four (entering her “college mom” era), and she loves animals. In fact, she hopes one day to domesticate her own raccoon if she ever has the chance!
Her secret talent? Throwing a stunning event in a moment’s notice!
Cat Cochran

What would we do without Cat? With 24 years of experience, all the patients lovingly call her “Aunt Cat.” And she’s earned it! As a mom of two and a Gran of four, Cat is a family woman through and through. She also loves fishing, deer hunting and running dogs every season.
Fun fact: she’s the voice behind your scan box, and she’s always ready to help!
Bridgette Pickens

Bridgette has been with Weissman Orthodontics every step of the way – 17 years, in fact! We’re so proud to have her on the team as a strong leader. When she’s not in the office caring for patients, you can find her camping or travelling with her family. If you see her out, call her “Aunt B” – that’s what her 3 favorite nephews call her!
Courtney McGee

Courtney brings a special flare to the office; we’re always excited to hear about her latest adventures! She loves spending time with her family and friends so she can bring back stories to tell us every Monday – and even after 7 years, the stories never get old. Courtney especially enjoys telling us about her sweet little girl and quirky little pup at home – talk about great material!
DeLa Gray

13 years into her orthodontic career and DeLa is going strong! As a mom of two, DeLa stays super busy. If she’s not hanging out with her family and friends or traveling with her husband,she’s probably doing something creative like baking cakes or decorating charcuterie boards!
Fun fact, DeLa is also the queen of our office’s social media!
Kacy Eaton

Kacy is dedicated. If her 31 years as an orthodontic professional don’t tell you that, we don’t know what will! Her years of experience show up at every appointment, and we wouldn’t get by without her. When she’s away from work, Kacy might be at the beach with friends, going to concerts, or snuggling with her oversized pup! Otherwise, she’s probably gushing about her son and his beautiful fiancee.
Victoria Barker

Nothing will keep you busy like 4 kids, and Victoria knows all about that! Her happy home is what keeps her together, even if that does mean taxiing them to all their activities! With 8 years of experience, Victoria is great with patients and their families and is a vital member of our team. Fun fact, Victoria is bilingual and fluent in Spanish!
